CareCo HomeCare was founded in response to a growing need for quality, compassionate in-home support services in southeastern Connecticut. Since then, we’ve grown both in size and reputation, while staying true to our mission. For over 20 years, CareCo HomeCare has empowered seniors to live vibrant, dignified, and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. We remain a proud family-owned and operated business, committed to treating every client like one of our own.

Helga Pfanner
Chief Executive Officer
Helga Pfanner is a passionate advocate for seniors and people with disabilities. In addition to her role as Executive Director of the CareCo Foundation. Ms. Pfanner is the founder of CareCo Medical Home Health and CEO of CareCo HomeCare, companies Ms. Pfanner created to support individuals with health or mobility challenges who want to remain in their homes, healthy and happy.

Chief Operating Officer
Joel Jerozolim brings compassion, dedication, and a wealth of experience to our home healthcare team. His deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for every client, make him a trusted advocate for families navigating the challenges of in-home care.
Andreas Bisbikos
Senior Director of Operations
Andreas Bisbikos is a strategic and results-driven executive leader with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving growth through innovative solutions, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration. He has been recognized for vision, leadership, and decision-making in fast-paced and high-stakes environments.
Maryanna Arsenault
Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
Maryanna Arsenault, BSW, MPA brings 35+ years’ experience in leading and advising home health and hospice organizations. An Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC)-certified consultant for hospice, home health, and private duty organizations, she assesses operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, quality assessment and performance improvement, policy development and review and care management. Maryanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from Temple University and her Master of Public Administration from Clark University.
