Ms. Pfanner is the founder of CareCo Medical Home Health and CEO of CareCo HomeCare, companies Ms. Pfanner created to support individuals with health or mobility challenges who want to remain in their homes, healthy and happy.

Maryanna Arsenault
Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
Maryanna Arsenault, BSW, MPA brings 35+ years’ experience in leading and advising home health and hospice organizations. An Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC)-certified consultant for hospice, home health, and private duty organizations, she assesses operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, quality assessment and performance improvement, policy development and review and care management. Maryanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from Temple University and her Master of Public Administration from Clark University.
